I am from Pendleton and I have been to other local car dealerships in the area and I have purchased many cars over the years. I am by far the most impressed by the overall service I received at CDJR of Hermiston! I have enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. I have even referred my mom to this dealership and now she has two vehicles that she is very happy with. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for good pricing on cars and a fair trade in. The buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my car. I felt very well taken care of by Ethan and Rico the Sales Manager as soon as I was greeted at the door. Thank you for not only tending to my needs, but my wants while buying my vehicle. Buying a vehicle can often be stressful. Thankfully, I did not have that experience CDJR. Megan and Darrius were awesome through the whole process. Even though we didn't leave with the car we originally looked at and test drove first, Megan and Darrius were great at finding, offering, and getting us approved for another car that they thought would be perfect for us, and they were so correct. Because of these guys I finally have an amazingly nice low milage car that has been a long time coming. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and our next vehicle will definitely be with Tom Denchel CDJR of Hermiston. Truly awesome group of people there that really want to help people get into a car they will with something that will work for them.
