First time my husband and I have bought a car at a dealership. Absolutely amazing customer service! I called a week prior to us actually going into the dealership and Frederick answered the phone. I made an appointment with him to come in and check some cars out we were looking at online. All week long he was texting me videos and pictures of vehicles that fit what we were looking at. Amazing doesn’t even come close to the customer service skills. He went above and beyond to get us into the perfect family car!
