As a car buying experience, I would rate it as very good and I’m satisfied. No hidden agenda or sales games, they were reasonably transparent. They did find a very competitive rate beating my pre-approved Credit Union, very helpful. I did need to wait patiently for staff and finance on a few occasions. I do understand, they were very busy. I’m happy and in the future would shop there again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Herb Kimball at the Canandaigua Location. I had emailed with Herb the day prior to let him know what I was on the market for and that my husband would also be coming in to look at a truck. Their attention to detail, pride in their work, and professionalism made the entire process seamless. No second guessing on our decisions.
