I am so happy I give them 5 plus stars thanks and gratitude all the work that auto use did to help us over the years. It is so greatly appreciated from carl helping us with e key for cars to help fix an ingition switch and Walter Scott trying to help us with a bad transmission and Tim stitham and mike working together with walter to get us in to a newer car our deepest thanks and appreciation. When other dealers and finance institution would leave there customers with negative equity and no car this team went above and beyond to help. I would recommend this company to any friend and family members and look forward to continue to purchase vehicles from them.

My experience with Auto-Use, has been nothing short of amazing! There professionalism, the respect, and most important, customer service is #(1). Ive dealt with many auto dealers, many company’s, (Joseph), my sales agent, acted in the utmost professional manner. Not only did he move heaven and earth to make it happen, he has stood by my side during the entire process. I was very reluctant to use the company after many bad experiences, the folks at Auto Use have truly changed my perspective on how things should be done. Joseph handled my concerns with respect and was very patient with me...that’s almost an impossible task as my schedule is crazy. He is the example of what a professional should act like.
