I had a car in mind and did some online research and came across a car I wanted to test drive at Gunn Nissan! I sent a message on their chat website and I got a quick response from Mr. Kellerman! We set a time to meet and test drive! I ended up purchasing the car and all my questions were answered! Mr. Kellerman also provided service records showing the inspection, oil change and carfax! Once the deal was made I spoke with their Finance specialist and he made the experience comfortable, he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable at his craft! He helped me decide on purchasing a warranty for my vehicle which was a hard decision to make, but after he showed me in detail what the plan covered I was convinced to purchase it because it's probably the most detailed expanded coverages I have ever seen for a used car! Overall the experience with this dealership and their people were top notched and they treat you like family and not a number! I definitely would recommend them to friends and family! I love the car!
