My wife Wanda and I recently traded vehicles at Bo Haarala Autoplex for the first time. We traded in a 2015 GMC Terrain for a Cadillac XT5. I could say that this has been the best experience at a car dealership in my life but that would be an understatement. I knew the car we were trading in was good. I did a lot of research and thought I knew what it was worth on trade. Without me saying a word, Bo matched my number exactly. There were a couple of minor things we saw wrong with the Cadillac but they took care of them. Markeo Kendricks was the salesman I highly recommend him. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. A few days after the purchase, I noticed the taillight was cracked. The deal was over, I took that as my fault for not seeing it. However, I had to return to the dealership in regards to something minor they were taking care of. I casually showed the taillight to Markeo and told him I did not expect them to fix it. I just wanted them to see it. He immediately told me that Bo would take care of that and went in to get him. Bo came out, saw the light and told Marked to get a light ordered. Again, I told him I did not expect them to fix it but he insisted. The light came in a few days ago and today, they got it put in for me....all at no charge. Folks, this is what you call going the extra mile and customer service at its best. I teach a course on customer service for Workforce Development so I know what I am talking about. In the future I will be using this experience as an example of excellent customer service. For all of your automotive needs, I highly recommend Bo. Ask for Markeo and tell him I sent you. We were very impressed with the kindness in the dealership. Everyone there was so kind. Ridge was our salesman and Bo helped any way he could. Bo and Ridge worked with us and never acted as though we were inconveniencing them before we finally decided on their vehicle.

My husband I purchased a truck from Bo Haarala Autoplex, and it was great experience. They really took care of us. We are from TN and our Jeep blew its engine in Meriden. Realizing, that we needed to take action in order to get home, we headed to the Autoplex in search of something that would haul our camper home. When we arrived at the Autoplex I'll admit I was skeptical that they could help us, but Robert insisted that he could help us find a good truck in our price range. I really appreciated that. He didn't try to sell me everything else on the lot, instead focused on showing me only what was in my price range, and he worked to help two weary travelers get a good deal, on a good vehicle, so we could get home to TN. After the paperwork, and the sale were complete we still had a few details to work out, and they just figured it out. We really appreciate Robert, Bo, Karen, and everyone that helped us out. I don't normally give reviews, but I really feel like the dealership earned this one. Thank you for helping us out, and getting us on our back home.
