2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Rubicon 4XE

We scheduled our truck for an emissions recall and also wanted to know why our truck wasn’t heating well among other issues it was having. After working with our advisor Nick P he assured us we were in good hands with the diesel tech they have. just later that day of dropping it off he already called to inform us of the bad news that it needed a heater core along with a EGR cooler that was leaking internally, Thank god Nick asked us if we had a warranty because we forgot all about it and it covered the EGR cooler that was $3622 alone. Nick did a GREAT job keeping us informed with what was going on and also explaining everything that was wrong in great detail. Almost every time he called we added another thing to look at and repair. And had no issues getting it done one issue was the alignment that was had a welded drag link due to a older recall and was told by one shop they would not touch it and another RAM dealer couldn’t adjust it and wanted to charge us to replace the drag link. But here at Kolosso they were able to adjust the alignment with no issues. Definitely will be our go to RAM dealer going forward!!!

They got me in ahead of my scheduled time, listened to what I told them, and got me out in a very reasonable length of time. I was just traveling through when I needed service but if I lived in this area they would be the place I would go for my repairs.

I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and they got me in immediately. The service tech I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was done (oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change) in 45 minutes.
