2023 Dodge Durango R/T Plus RWD

Nelson truly made our car buying experience amazing! We had been looking for a new car for awhile and every dealership we’d been to had salesmen that weren’t even remotely interested in helping us. Over a month of looking and Nelson took the time to let me drive any car I wanted and was great about explaining the vehicles features to me and my husband. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Casey was also amazing in helping us get everything signed and finalized, he helped us make the best informed decision on add ons and didn’t push anything on us. All in all it was a great experience. Would absolutely recommend and we will be back for any future vehicle purchases!

I don't know what my family would do with out Rolando the service manager. We had some MAJOR MAJOR PROBLEMS with this place and he was super understanding and made things right for my family and I. He ensured the work on out pt and we live out of the area we started having problems again and he is sending someone to get the car again so they can make it right. We are all about customer service and so far he has definitely not let us down! It's frustrating to have to bring your vehicle every time it breaks down due to mechanic error or faulty parts,especially 100+ miles but Rolando always makes it right and he is currently making it right. It's been a long time since I bought a car from a dealership. I bought my last two vehicles on Carvana. I must say I was a little hesitant before I walked in but they had an amazing vehicle at a great price. Nelson, our salesman was friendly professional and not trying to push me into a vehicle. Our financing went incredibly smooth and CJ was great. Bruno the sales manager was always there to assist even after we purchased the vehicle and realize there were a couple of issues. The service team led by Maynor did a thorough job of troubleshooting the problem and making sure it got corrected. I must mention Vivian. Before coming down to the dealership I called with some questions and she was incredibly informative and that was part of the reason I went down in the first place. If you're looking for a newer used vehicle I would highly recommend this place. They are an amazing professional team. I know where I'll be going to buy my next one.
