Brian was great! He patiently explained everything to me about the recall and the recommended maintenance for my vehicle. Thank you for a terrific experience.

This may be a bit long but it's necessary. I have had a couple of questionable experiences in the past over petty issues. This is not one of them. My car had a rather serious issue that could've resulted in engine replacement. A bit of a nightmare for any car owner. When I first started calling around I was told that it would take a least 3 weeks to get my car in to even have it diagnosed. In steps Brian. From the minute he was on board everything went smooth. My car was in their care in less than 3 days and he was in CONSTANT contact with me giving me updates and keeping me very well informed the entire time it was there. I felt heard and taken care of. Repairs were done quickly with zero hassle. I just got my back today with all the proper repairs as well as my faith in this shop COMPLETELY restored. Thank you Brian. You are a prime example of what customer service should look like.

Second time purchasing a Kia. First time I had a horrible experience with another dealer ship. Decided to give this one a try. I went with my parents for their help: What a great experience! From picking out the car to sitting and talking numbers. I never felt pressured or felt like they were upset by our negotiations. We laughed as we went back and forth. They were all so polite. Offered water and popcorn. It didn’t feel like a transaction but more like a conversation. I got a great deal and best of all I left happy with their customer service. I really recommend you check them out!
