2020 Dodge Durango R/T RWD

My salesperson was Diego, and he was helpful. Diego has seen the transaction through from beginning to end. He has excellent communication; he always returns my calls or texts. He has diligently seen most of the service agreements through as promised. There are still a few outstanding services that need to be completed, and I expect nothing but the best to come. Jimmy, the manager, has also been receptive and helpful throughout the transaction. There is one negative side to this entire experience. My truck's price increased three (3) times over the course of two (2) days. The initial price increased from $16,989 to $17,989, then to $19,989. I was able to catch the increases because I took screenshots of my interest and shares them with a family member. I believe the price was increased by online algorithms (number of visits to the site). Overall, the experience has been memorable.

Kevin, the service manager, was equally great. He made sure everything about the car was explained in detail. The Junior General Manager also made a great impression.
