I would like to recognize Manny for being the best car salesman I have ever encountered. I purchased my convertible all black Chevy Camaro just a few days after viewing it online, receiving personalized videos from and a test drive. I felt nothing but a genuine heart and a good spirit! I just completed the trade-in purchase of a pre-owned truck. From the moment I originally contacted the dealer about a truck I located on line in their inventory, Ricky took care of me. He blew me away when he made a video of the vehicle personalized for me and sent via text. Once I arrived and was able to test drive the truck, Ricky had it practically fully detailed ready for a test spin. It looked brand new and yet a 4-year old vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed! I shared my time limitations with Ricky expecting the entire process to take 4+ hours, which I did not have, and I could not have been more pleased with the efficiency of the negotiation as well as the final financing and signing of the paperwork. All the while, they were detailing the truck again and even filling it with fuel. That has NEVER happened to me with a used vehicle! I am a new found believer in a dealership that hires the right people and builds a culture that respects the customer's wishes, and not their own.
