Highly recommend this Volkswagen dealership, I was researching for our first electric vehicle for a little while, called many places, in Napoleon's Sanford I found this beautiful VW id4 with extremely low mileage for an honest price. The negotiation was pretty simple the salesman Jose gave me an offer and I told him what I was looking for and he make work for us, at the dealer I could see the car with no rush with all the time I needed. But what makes the deal happen is the fact that they are the few dealers that already are registered with IRS and using the PRE OWNED EV TAX CREDIT up to $4000 (they are not receiving the credit transfer yet), most of the dealers have no idea what that means but in Sanford they know and will help you. If you are looking for a EV and want to make sure you get your credit this is the place to go. They are knowledgeable about electric vehicles and will help you to get yours. Here we go! Months of looking and trying to find the right car for my family boiled down to a couple hour visit at this dealership! Luis H, Nick and John were patient with me understood my needs and executed a well thought out plan to get me into the SUV in of our dreams. While all 3 of guys mentioned were great to deal with I need to give a Big shoutout to Luis H. He was diligent and most welcoming, made me feel like a friend and not a customer. He was patient and willing to help how ever he could. Luis put in the work and made a small family of 5 happy by getting us in our new Atlas Cross Sport.
