I’ve been to several Ram stores and it is usually a struggle between the service department and my warranty. Let me tell you that was NOT my experience with these amazing men and women. They went to battle after I dropped my truck off Monday knowing I was stressed about having it back to plow the biggest storm of the year. I wasn’t even expecting a repair, just a diagnosis. Not only did they diagnose the issue but they also did the repair!! Absolutely amazing to do these days in that amount of time. When the part didn’t arrive, they sent someone to pick it up and ensured I had it back, ready to go! The GSM Kameron, Alexander in the express service department, service advisor Clay, service manager Travis, and technician Cody are my heroes! They didn’t just fix a truck, they saved a small business, myself, and my clients!!! I recommend highly, seeing these outstanding folks for your sales and service needs! What an amazing experience! I can’t thank them enough!
Overall experience was great. Liam helped and was a top notch employee. All options on purchasing a vehicle were put on the table. It was a lengthy process taking hours. Please allow time and make sure you eat something before traveling down the new vehicle road. Shorter staffing also made for butt-numbing waits. I have patience however. So no big deal. Last minute inspection took a day and a half, and they told me to come at a specific time to pick it up. I arrived a little early via a Lyft to find out it would take another hour. I had to wait in an overheated customer lounge wiping sweats from my brow. A phone call would have saved me the precious time. But I won't ding them on the review due to that. Just wanted to mention to please call if delays are happening. Thanks. They optioned to swing me through a drive-thru as I waited but I declined because Red Lobster doesn't have a drive-thru. I am very pleased at the customer service and all the hand shaking by different members of the team. Get a car here. You'll be glad you did.
Clay Hughey the assistant service manager got me in right away when there was a high volume of people booked for service. I really appreciated it. He was very detailed with the issues I was having so the mechanic would know what was going on. Also, my mechanic that worked on my car gave me some good solutions for the issues. The overall service was outstanding and really appreciated the attention to detail. Even your car porters did a great job. I think you have a fine crew there. I've worked in dealerships before as a mechanic and I think you have very good relationships between your service writers and your mechanics and your service people, thank you very much for your service!
