Really enjoyed my experience car shopping here their level of customer service was excellent. Found a 2016 Mazda3 they were able to help me finance at a respectable rate. They went over the car in detail with me to make sure everything was up to standards. New brakes, defogged the lights, spotless interior really ensuring I was happy with my purchase. Also offered a great extended warranty which is crucial on a used vehicle. They also registered the vehicle in Rhode Island for me which went above and beyond since they are a Mass dealer. I've never purchased a car from a private used dealership like this before but I must say the experience was very smooth and easy. Everyone involved, including Eric who I directly worked with, was professional, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The dealership itself was well maintained, welcoming and clean. No one tried to upsell me on additional services or items so I felt like my time and business was respected. I'll certainly be looking at SEMS again if I need another used car.
