2023 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

I'd give a 4.5 if i could. Great place. They knew I was driving a long way to see the car. They pulled it aside so it would've get sold b4 I got there. Very nice people, efficient and easy to work with, they listened. The only negative was that the salesman didn't explain the details of the car, of which there are many, after the sale. I didn't realize it until I was in my way home and I had to second guess what the symbols meant as I went back home. I'll shop there again!!

Great experience! I went in for an alignment and that’s exactly what I got and it fixed the issues I was having. I previously went to Mr tire in Boone for the same issue and they told me I needed motor mounts, so $800 later the problem was not fixed at all so I called Randy Marion and they were able to fit me in the next day and the problem in my steering was fixed.

I had been searching for a Chevy Colorado for a couple of weeks. I physically visited the Chevy dealerships in Boone, Hickory, and the Randy Marion dealership in Statesville. At some point I had a discussion with one of your (Randy Marion West Jefferson) salesman, Alan McClure. He was/is the most courteous and professional salesman I have ever dealt with. He kept me appraised on a daily basis with the status of the truck I was interested in as it made it's way during delivery. He worked with me to get an acceptable OTD price while it was being delivered. If not for his interaction and professionalism I would have kept searching for the truck elsewhere. Not sure how his bonuses or compensation get paid but with regards to my purchase - Alan is the one who made it happen. Your dealership has earned my loyalty primarily due to his efforts and positive attitude. Thanks, Alan!! BTW, Alan was indisposed when I picked up the truck, and I worked the final settlement through another salesman, Shay - he was also a pro, and I greatly appreciated his positive approach and upbeat attitude. Just goes to prove the folks you have working here are a class act. I appreciate it.
