I had a problem with previous work done and Jeff came to my rescue. I've been with West Herr for 3 of my cars. I've never had a problem with them. I have grace and understand things happen in life. So customer service is huge to me. I take pride in my customer service so being on the other side of it I have to remind myself to have grace with people. From leaving a review and instantly receiving a call for help was amazing. We set up an appointment right away. I expressed my concerns and they made sure I was cared for. I drove away with a quiet truck and peace of mind. Thanks so much for taking pride in your work. Thanks to the other guy in the front desk as well. I didn't get his name.
