Very kind staff, clean customer area. They have good snacks and drinks/coffee for when you have to wait in service for your vehicle. They take extra care to make sure you're a happy customer. Top notch dealership, Nick our salesmen was awesome not pushy and great salesman. Elijah finance manager worked on getting us the best rate and helped with payment option to include an additional 6 year warranty. Joe sales manager gave us great money for our trade, and last but not least Mike the general manager was very accommodating, and willing to help in any way possible. This is my 2nd, vehicle I have purchased from Bill Volz's Jeep and would not go anywhere else!

Revised: added service as well First i must say I am not big into giving reviews, but this dealership well deserves. What a great experience I had at this dealership. I live 45 mins away and was shopping around looking for a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee for my son. This was my 4th and final stop! It was well worth my travels. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by Brandon. Right from the get go i could tell he was genuine and not pushy! He listened to all my needs. Very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. He showed me a number of different vehicles and he new the price i needed to be around. Mike Verde the GM came over, introduced himself and sat down and worked the numbers which were very fair. My son wanted the black rims (which came out beautiful) so Mike went out of his way to accommodate my son. He was very professional, also very friendly and not pushy at all!! There was no need for haggling as he cut right to the chase. When I went to pick up the vehicle it also went very smooth. I dealt with Elijah the finance manager again very professional and friendly. He made the process very smooth and quick in signing all the paperwork as he thoroughly explained everything. I am 57 years old and have bought many cars over the years and I must tell you this has to be one of the best if not the best experiences I have ever had! I know for a fact It all starts at the top! Needed an extra key and a couple other things and was treated excellent by the entire staff. All very friendly and professional. From my service advisor Kevin to Joe the service manager who introduced himself immediately and made me feel very comfortable. They took care of all my concerns and needs in a timely manner. Very organized and well run! I must say I am really impressed with the entire dealership. It’s a 40 min drive for me, but well worth It!! Personally for me it’s a hidden gem and would recommend all aspects of this dealership! Thank you!!
