2025 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

Herbert was great to work with, friendly, professional, and was very communicative. He even stayed late, which I truly appreciated, as I was traveling out of town to get the vehicle and checked to see how things were the day after I purchased the vehicle. The overall process was easy and didn't take too long. I got a great deal on my vehicle which I am grateful for. The only issue that came up was the property taxes since I was registering my vehicle in another state. The payment for that wasn't included in the quote and I wasn't informed prior to that it had to be paid before leaving the dealership. I would suggest having the finance person crunch those numbers and send to the manager for people who are registering the car in another state so that there are no surprises when it's time to pick up the car. Due to the the property taxes situation, I almost didn't get the vehicle. I was then told I had 45 days to get it paid because that's how I would get my tags which I was fine with. If it weren't for the property tax issue, I'd definitely give them 5 stars. If you're looking for a great sales person who truly cares about the person and not just the money, you need to go see Herbert. I'd give him 5 out of 5 stars every time.

I normally go to another dealership but because of the fact that I had moved and it was very far away, I decided to go to this one. I was very low on cash so I figured that I would use my rewards points. I had never used them and I wanted to make sure that they would use my points for the oil change that I was getting. When I arrived there, I was greeted warmly by the staff and told them exactly what I came in for, how I had called previously about using my reward points, etc. I only had to wait about an hour or two and when I was called, I was brought to where you'd have to pay. Now here is where the 'almost chaotic' moment happened, the computer was down where you could use the points on the ladies end and so she had to use what I think was the managers help with putting in the points from their end. There was a gentleman who also was trying to redeem his points for his service so he went ahead of me and paid for his. Then when it came to me, well I literally almost had a heart attack when the lady told me that my amount was $1100. I freaked out because I didn't have that money and all I came in to do was a oil change,lol. Eventually, she took it to the manager and the manager told me that they had made a mistake and that they had given me the man's before me receipt. Thankfully, I was able to get out of there without anymore issue whatsoever which was great. We did have a good laugh about the predicament though and I was very happy with the outcome regardless. However, I had thought that they would have at least replaced the windshield wipers for my car but that didn't happen.

Sonja was a breath of fresh air as well as the young lady who greeted me and gave me the clipboard to fill out. I was in and out in an hour which was very welcoming due to I had other important things to handle. The young lady who cashed me out was great and the gentleman who gave me a car part quote was excellent. I have no issues to share on a negative aspect to share. Thanks for making this visit better than my last. See you all on my next visit.
