2018 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

Bought a used 2021 Ram here, had a great experience. Isaiah took care of us. Very friendly, non pushy. Asked the important questions of what we needed from a vehicle and helped us find the perfect fit. They are doing some renovating but had a nice waiting room for my family. We had all 3 kids in there and they were comfortable. Snacks, water bottles and a TV helped distract our little hellions while figured out the paperwork. You guys are absolutely amazing!! And you guys have a great salesman ISAIAH!!! He worked for almost a week trying to get me into a truck with a trade in! Unfortunately things didn’t work for me but that is okay because through the whole experience I never once was judge or talked down on. Everyone from the sales team to the financial side did a great job! Once I get things figured out on my end I will definitely be coming back to you guys!!

Our salesman named Spencer was very friendly and helpful getting us into our Jeep Renegade. He made the buying process easy and he was such a pleasure to speak with! The woman who closed the deal with us was very rude unfortunately. She had the nerve to ridicule me for not taking her extended coverage. I should only need to tell her one time I don’t want it and that should be the end of it. She wouldn’t take no for an answer and got really nasty with me! She talked down to me like I was a child and I was pretty pissed if about it when I got home. Eide is a dealership full of very friendly and helpful people but I guess there has to be one bad apple in every bunch. I highly recommend this place!
