The staff is very welcoming and kind. Jody , the service advisor informed me in great detail what was going on with my vehicle. He is always pleasant and professional. In addition, when the services were completed on my car, he made sure that I was given a complimentary car wash. He always gives excellent customer service. Diann Gaffrey ( the service manager) was very pleasant and helpful. She made sure that I had a vehicle to drive while my car was being serviced. My overall experience was great. I would most definitely recommend this service department to my family and friends. They are a phenomenal team.
