The car itself is simply amazing. It drives like a dream and handles beautifully on the road. The engine is powerful and responsive, and the interior is spacious and comfortable. The features and technology included in the car are top-notch, and I feel like I'm driving a luxury vehicle every time I get behind the wheel. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from B&M auto mall . The quality of the car and the exceptional service I received from the staff make this a five-star experience. I recently bought a GMC Acadia Denali from here for great price. These guys were not pushy or tried to sell me anything. They gave me the keys to the car and let me and my wife check the car out and inspect it all we wanted. Then let me take it for a test drive. After having gone to other dealerships that day this place was different for not having someone come out putting on an act and try to be all savvy and pushy. Being we were in the middle of a pandemic they were willing to sell me the car I wanted for a really good price. The price they said, is the price I paid, no extra costs or any hidden fees. There was one issue after I took the car home. After having my local mechanic take a more through look at the car. He found an issue with one of the brakes and caliper. Nothing major but a small problem nonetheless. But after calling B&M to let them know of the issue, they worked with me and took care of it right away. I thought it was gonna be an issue but no, they stood by they’re product and fixed the problem. Other than that, I love my new car! So happy I found this dealership. Before going out to look for the car i looked on line at a bunch of dealerships, read reviews and researched cars. After reading so many negative reviews out there in different place’s I got worried that this was gonna be a difficult experience. The day i went out, i went to 2 others before going to B&M. I just wished i had gone to them 1st. They’re communication is great. Any time i had a question about the car or anything, they respond quickly. I’m happy to say I had a great experience buying my car from here! I know everyone is different and have different experiences, but mine was great. And I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. After all the research and shopping around, I have a different respect for the whole car buying experience. I know the importance and strength of a good review, being it bad or good. So I feel happy writing this review hoping it will help anybody out there looking for a pleasant experience. These guys are very professional and very easy to work with! Love my car and feel its one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!!!

I cannot thank you guys enough for the experience I had purchasing my 2015 Volkswagen GTI. I’ve been driving it for three months the car runs and drives like brand new no issues definitely be telling my family and friends about this dealership. They have nice cars. Just ask for Mohammed.
