You truly can not judge a book by its cover with these guys! From my salesman Henry Shaw, William in finance and the great team in the service department! I bought my first truck from them and the experience was incredible from start to finish. My sales guy Henry, was upfront and honest with me when it came to availability of the truck that I was interested in. Other places told me oh this and that truck is in transit or it wasn’t as clean as the pictures suggested. But Henry told me straight up the GM is using it for a moment but I will bring it to you tomorrow to see it. Sure enough the next day, Henry is pulling up to my job in this beauty. I even had a small issue with a n electrical component after the purchase, and though it was quite a drive back and forth they took really good care of me!

Secured a deal on a used vehicle and received excellent service from the department. Brought the vehicle in (months later) for a second opinion after the previous tire purchase in Paris failed to balance them correctly, claiming the vehicle needed an axle. Never inspecting the vehicle and quoting hundreds of dollars for an unnecessary replacement. The service team at Family, thoroughly inspected the vehicle, identified the true issue, and resolved it, enhancing the ride quality.
