We had our check engine light come on our way back east. We had it looked at while we were in Cheyenne however, once we started back on the road it came back on. The truck was not running well so we had to find a place to stop for the night. The website didnt show any available appointments for a week. Joe, the service manager, said they would try to look at the same day. They were gracious and did. Parts had to be ordered and overnighted the part. We are grateful for their help.
Always fast and friendly service. Never any surprises to my bill either they always give me a guesstimate and it's always within a reasonable amount of that estimate. Anytime I call to make an appointment I am always scheduled within a day or two of my phone call. Thank goodness I can count on Plum Creek Motors, it's not just me and the car it's also my kids.
Bought my a vehicle here Luis was the salesman. He did a great job. He kept on checking on me while I waited. Offered me a ride if i needed one. He offered to pick me up once my car was ready. I have bought cars before from them and he is by far the best.
