Had been looking for months for the right vehicle. I ended up finding a potential option here and when I reached out, I was given all the info and cost breakdowns I asked for. Just picked my truck up. Had an issue with transmission. Called and made an appointment with Mike Price. I dropped off on Wednesday for my Thursday appointment. Mike contacted me on Friday to tell me I needed a transmission. I asked about a vehicle to drive and without hesitation he said sure. I was out of town and came back and within 20 minutes he had me a vehicle to drive and told me it would be about a week for the repair with the holiday. He then contacted me again this Monday and said should be done by Friday. Well I was shocked to be notified that my truck was done on Wednesday. I did not expect to be treated the way I was due to just moving to the area and only taking my vehicle there for warranty repair. Century dodge and Mike have earned my respect . If something happens to my vehicle that I can’t take care of myself I will definitely take it to Century.. great service
