I purchased my car completely online so I did not get a chance to test drive it. Kevin was awesome and was always available to keep me updated on the status of things. My only issue it that the pictures online show damage to the driver's side back reflector but then also show an image of the car having no damage so I thought it had been repaired but it was delivered cracked and broken and the muffler tip on the driver's side looks like it was damaged and is slightly pushed in more than the one on the passenger side. Outside of this everything else was great. The car was really nice on the inside and drives well so far. I would definitely recommend working with Kevin again but I definitely should have asked more questions.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brandy and she has helped me learn more about our vehicle, along with direct/help me with info on getting it registered. Her communication has been top notch and I appreciate all the help she has provided, superior service. This past weekend we bought a new (to us) vehicle from Indy Auto Man. On the luck of a phone call we got connected with Dakota who was our sales man. Dakota was awesome to work with. There was no pressure, he was super responsive, and went above and beyond to help us get the perfect vehicle. Buying a car here was a breeze and especially with two small kiddos in tow. I highly recommend Indy Auto Man and even more so recommend Dakota for your sales needs!
This is a great place to buy a car!! From first contact over the phone, the company was great!! Came in with a trade and left with my keys the same day!! Go see CHRIS LEWIS!!! He is a great salesman!! After I flaked on our first appointment, he was still patient with me. At no point did I ever feel rushed or obligated to do or sign anything. He work with me in my negotiating the deal. And even left a token of appreciation in the car for me when my deal was finalized!! Stand up guy all the way around. You won't go wrong with him!! And I can't forget about BEA, the financing manager!! She will look out for her customers as best she can. BUT, you have to be nice!! No bad juju!!???????? Will definitely be a return customer!!
