2021 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

Overall had a very good experience. Both Catherine and Mike V. Were very helpful and the made the process of buying a CPO 22 ram rebel very easy. Even when I had a small issue the day after buying the truck Mike V. Got me right into service and they fixed it in 20 minutes. My only complaint was that I was not told about the $900 fee for vehicle prep or whatever they call it up front and had to find out after test driving. But regardless of that It was a great experience. I was shopping around for a few weeks and has some terrible experiences. Buying a car from Dodge Amityville was a great experience. Even the insurance lady who works there is helping me switch my car insurance and savi g me like $1400 a year. Also one more thing I wanted to mention was that I was told their were two keys before signing my closing docs. In the end there was only 1. However, Mike V is working to help me get that second key as promised. Thanks guys!

Amazing Service and professionalism, my second car from this place. My salesman Travis was such a pleasure, doesn’t push you, explains every detail and is very courteous. With this current market with cars being so high due to whatever, I feel like I got a great deal. The finance guy Tom was awesome as well. I came to security dodge after having a hard time at another dealership. I arrived on a Thursday evening and met with John. I explained to him what I was looking for and he showed me a few options. He set up a time for me to come in that Saturday to sit with Tom in finance, He got me a good deal on a lease for a 2024 Ram 1500 and I drove home that day with the new vehicle.
