(UPDATING IN MAY, FROM JANUARY) I'm wondering why my pictures have been "pending" for five months? They're just of the car. ???????????? ______________________ My first time buying a car from a dealership by myself, and it was an absolute PLEASURE! I was greeted by Eric Lehman, who's a really nice guy. Super cool, laid back, NOT a fast-talking salesman type at all, but still VERY professional... I enjoyed working with him a lot. Two thumbs up!! When it came time to sign the mountain of paperwork, I got to work with Nathan Follmer, the Finance Manager. He was very helpful, explaining everything quite thoroughly and making sure I understood it all thoroughly. He was also very nice to work with, and made securing my loan (with my own credit union, even!) so painless and streamlined. I appreciated hearing him tell me about the history of Mr. Ciocca and the history of the dealership chain, especially about how they engage in community philanthropy. I felt good knowing that my purchase would go toward helping my neighbors. I was initially nervous about going to a bigger dealership, and had planned to just go buy the best thing I could find from one of the Lycoming Creek Rd places where you basically cross your fingers and throw your hopes into the wind. Ciocca has changed my outlook. NEVER AGAIN will I shortchange myself with subpar service and questionable vehicle quality! I'm a Ciocca customer from now on. ???????? Oh, and final thanks go to Karissa Banzhof for responding to my website inquiry about my dream car (which I drove home today! ??) so quickly. She made the appointment for me and everything fell into place from there! I heartily recommend that you give this place a try! I don't think you'll regret it. Thanks, everyone!!! ????????????????????????

Great dealership! We drove 100 miles as they were able to get the car we wanted and the extra time (and miles) were all well worth it. The entire team made the process seamless yet very informative. Highly recommend.

I had the greatest, most pleasurable no pressure experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Riley and Braydon were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks again! Love my new truck!
