Outstanding service department! They went out of their way to work with me to schedule my service appointment (which involved cancellations and rescheduling more than once ). They [which included Raquel, Cynthia, Amy and Andy] were always courteous, understanding, and helpful. I was greeted immediately, intake was prompt, and when it became evident that the problems with the car (which was under warranty) would not be able to be completed that day, I was provided a rental car (no charge). In addition, they returned my car to my home and picked up the rental when all the issues were resolved. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their efforts to insure the least amount of disruption to me and my life. Best service department experience I have ever had.
