2024 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

I had previously used a closer dodge dealership who ripped me off and was very unfriendly. My vehicle went in for yearly matenance and came out with a major engine problem. After several trips and, of course, a lot of money for them to "fix" the issues, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my vehicle to Ramey Dodge with all my paperwork from the previous dodge service department, and Jerry informed me of their wrong doings. He set up for the mechanic to look at it. From that point on, Jerry went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. He was ALWAYS very friendly and reassuring about everything, so I want to give a huge thank you to Jerry and the mechanic who serviced my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them and be a loyal customer. Oh, and the salesman who tried to get me to trade when I was there when to pick it up was very helpful and friendly. The other salesmen were friendly as well. Everyone greated upon entry. It was a friendly environment from my experience.

The Guys in the Service Department are great! The Service Manager is the best. I really appreciate their kindness and consideration when they fixed my Dad’s Dodge Ram pickup. All around great experience with everyone at the Tazewell location.

Tyler Bourn sold me a 2020 Chev. He is a great salesman, he is very polite, he does not push you to buy. He is really a nice guy. I would recommend him if you are in need of a vehicle.
