I would highly suggest working with and purchasing from Certified Auto Brokers. It's important to note here, that I bought physically, sight unseen! Pics online and their description of vehicle only. I did NOT test drive or kick the tires. We are 500 miles away from dealership....Whit, my salesman, was amazing from the start. After first phone consultation, I was directed to Whit and within 30 minutes, I met him via personal video submission, to me, with a complete video walkabout of the vehicle we ultimately bought! Of course there was the typical, expected sales dance, with just one or two missteps...but in the end we finished the "dance" beautifully. Whit once again, via video, on the day of delivery, sent another video of the Flex fully prepped for delivery... being loaded onto transport along with introducing the driver! The 2019 Ford Flex was better than expected and our FORD dealership mechanic said it was as clean as new, with 38K on it! Now a month or so out from our purchase, we are extremely happy with our new used vehicle. Local or at a distance, I'd feel very confident with your purchase. I'd look them up again, in the future for my next used vehicle purchase.
