I came from out of state to purchase a car here...the price was competitive and the Kelly the sales rep was super communicative. They gave me a good offer for my trade in, they didn't try to talk me down when I arrived. In fact, they gave me a better offer than expected. I even met one of the owners and had a good conversation. On long drive back home, I noticed an issue. I called them, with that sinking feeling you get when you think there's no hope. But instead of having to do battle, the manager Terry was very empathetic, listened and actually significantly helped with the repair - out of their own pocket. I didn't think businesses were run this way any more, but Keer is and you can be confident that your car buying experience will be straightforward, honest & ethical. I'm a fan!
