Update….My initial review is still accurate and it is their goal to have quality customer service. That’s still … my check engine light has come on after 33 days of driving this vehicle. I take it into the dealership and there’s nothing they can do for me without me spending more money out-of-pocket . at this time I feel like I was sold a car with pre-existing problems and is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix. I haven’t even made my car payment yet ……. how is this even my problem? March 8th 1st review…From the moment I stepped into the door not only did I feel welcomed by Felix and the team. I enjoyed the faith based atmosphere! I had been praying hard about my car situation and it was comforting to feel like I came to the right place to pick a vehicle. Stopped yesterday to check out replacement vehicles for the Buick Encore I had been leasing. My salesman Justin Douma went over different car and trim levels and I decided to get a new Buck Envista.
