We bought our new Acadia this week, and we could not be happier with our experience! We worked with Isaac Shoemaker, and he went above and beyond to help us get a good deal. Other salesmen we’ve worked with in the past have been pushy and are renowned for shoving sales down your throat, but not Isaac. Not once did we feel he was “too nice” or salesmany. He was very genuine, and spoke to us like a real person. He was upfront with us, and we were very comfortable working with him. In all honesty, there were moments throughout the negotiation where we thought we just weren’t going to be buying, simply because we weren’t hearing the numbers we wanted to. The guys helped us make it work, and they even let us take the car for the night so we could have more time to make our decision. They also stayed hours after close to help us. We ended up with a monthly payment that was nearly $200 under the original quote, and the APR was very fair. If anyone is looking to get a new car and you don’t want to deal with shady salesmen, I highly recommend you give Isaac a call. What he lacks in experience he makes up for in spades with how nice and accommodating he is. It’ll be a while before we buy again, but I will certainly be working with Isaac again when I do. I’ve worked with a lot of dealerships—salespeople, finance teams, and service departments—so I came into this experience with my guard up. To be honest, my expectations weren’t high, and I fully expected to be on the defensive when I walked through the doors. But from the moment I met David, my perspective changed. With 25 years in the industry, his experience speaks for itself. He wasn’t pushy, he truly listened to what I wanted, and he followed through on everything I asked for. Not once did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. His knowledge, honesty, and professionalism set him apart from any other salesperson I’ve ever worked with. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, and an even greater joy driving away in a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. When it came time for financing, I was prepared to battle against unnecessary add-ons. But instead, the finance manager completely put me at ease. He handed me an iPad with my base financing details, and every extra—right down to the gap insurance—was clearly laid out as an option, not a requirement. We discussed extended warranty options, adjusted my down payment, and found a monthly payment that worked perfectly for me. It was, without a doubt, the easiest, most transparent financing experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, give this dealership a chance. I promise, you won’t be disappointed. While I haven’t needed service just yet, my truck is scheduled for some upcoming work, and my initial interaction with the service advisor was fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly listens to customers—something that’s rare to find in service departments. Unfortunately, Google only allows five-star reviews, but this team has more than earned a 10-star rating from me. We will absolutely be returning for our next vehicle.
