2025 Dodge Durango R/T 20th Anniversary Premium AWD

I had a great experience buying at Hamer Toyota this weekend. Buying a car is stressful, I did my research, made an appointment. Byron Alvarez helped me look and test drive the used car I wanted. He was very patient as I took a long time to feel out the car (and drive it twice), and was very transparent about the car’s condition. Hugo Acosta was also wonderful when it came to talking out the price. Both heard me out, were patient, transparent, honest and fair. We settled on a deal that I wanted and made it clear they prioritized that I was happy. (And let me tell you I was a stubborn customer!) Went back a few days later to have car mats put in. You can tell they value customer happiness. Victor Espinoza helped vacuum the car and put in the mats. Very satisfied and highly suggest this place.

One morning, I was driving to work and stopped at a red light to hear the sound of a cat coming from somewhere within the car. I had no idea where the sound was coming from but I certainly had a feeling that it was an orphaned kitten probably under the hood somewhere. Fortunately, Hamer Toyota was right across the street so I drove up to the service dept and explained the situation. I immediately got help from a few accommodating gentlemen who took my car to the garage, jacked it up, pinpointed the kitten, and rescued the kitten under safe conditions. All at no charge with a good sense of urgency. I sent the kitten to a shelter nearby the next day. There are good people at this dealership!

The staff are very friendly, they greeted us with a smile and welcome us as if we are family. Thanks to Jaime Gonzalez, who is patiently showed us the cars around and never got tired in assisting us and explaining the different features of the car I purchased. It was very stressful at first knowing that I have no idea what kind of car i am going to get. Again, thanks a lot!!!
