2016 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

I went into the Northtown, Volvo dealership after purchasing new tires. I needed a wheel alignment. I did not have an appointment Corey took my vehicle in immediately and said it would be ready by noon. I called my son to pick me up, Two blocks up the road the dealership was calling me and saying my vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up. The price they quoted me was the price I paid the service was fast, friendly efficient you can’t take your automobile anywhere and get in and out lately. Service, there is outstanding Corey thank you! The wheel alignment is perfect.

I can’t say enough about the experience I had at Northtown Volvo. My salesperson was Mohammed Sallaj, who I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used car, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The leasing process for my XC40 took a bit longer due to a personal issue, but he rolled with it. I hope to continue leasing from Northtown in the future.

Yesterday, I took my Volvo XC40 into Northtown for service for the first time since I purchased the car. It was due for an oil change, inspection and first year maintenance check. I’ve only had positive experiences with this dealer right from my initial purchase. Now that I’ve had the car serviced by them, I can say the experience continues to be a good one. Count me as a happy customer.
