2021 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

My car buying experience was excellent from start to finish. I worked with Matt Bouchard and he was helpful and thorough without being pushy. It took me a long time to purchase the car because I was waiting on the sale of our condominium, which took way longer than expected. Matt understood and kept in touch with me without over-communicating. We worked together on negotiating the ins and outs of the state and federal rebates for electric vehicles. While traveling our less than one year old truck was making loud grinding noise. We pulled into Scranton Chevrolet without an appointment. They inspected our car and identified the issue which required a part that they had to obtain from another dealer. It was a complicated repair and we ended up being there for approximately 6 hours. They kept us informed throughout and were courteous and professional. The truck was repaired under warranty with no charge. Special shout out to Meghan who could not have been more pleasant!
