Our Hyundai Sonata broke down on in Effingham, IL. We were on our way to Florida from Wisconsin. I called local mechanics and dealerships and everyone said 2–3 weeks for repair. Reached out to Lucas at Napleton, and he told us if we could get the car to them within a couple of days, he will squeeze us in. Next day we drove there, maximum speed was 50mph. Arrived around 11 AM. Lucas was able to get our car into the shop an hour later. 2 hours later, our car was repaired and ready to go. He and their reps constantly kept us updated on the status. They were a lifesaver to us. Excellent response and work. If I lived in the area, they would be my regular service department. Thanks, Lucas and everyone at this location.
