I had Dodge of Irvine work on my 2011 Ram 3500 Cummins replacing radiator hoses, coolant, power steering fluid and brake fluid. Everything went seamless and I was happy with the repair. Even though the repair wasn’t inexpensive, I appreciate competent trade work.
I recently had a very pleasant car (Jeep) buying experience here at Tuttle-Click that I want to share. All up front conversations with my sales rep, Rob Trachtman, were via email for my custom order. Rob explained everything and was super responsive. I flew in from the Bay Area to pick up my Jeep when it arrived and Rob (and the team at Tuttle-Click) made the actual sale super smooth with no hidden extras - clear transparency from day one and no pushy selling. Love it!! They definitely have me as a repeat customer as I normally hate the stress around buying cars. But Tuttle-Click really treat their customers (new and old) very well!
