It is unheard of to go buy a car and leave 2 1/2 hours later. It is also unheard of to have such personable and a ton of service. This dealership was absolutely pristine, low pressure, casual, and very personable. I had Skye helping me purchase a car, and AJ helped with the deal. Both approaches were awesome. I am really very pleased and relieved because I had a very difficult experience at another dealership before I came in. It was Easter Sunday and it was an amazing experience to purchase my first Range Rover. I feel like I was led to this hidden gem of a dealership. My father passed away last May and he was my car person! I feel I was led by his spirit to buy this car. He would have loved everything about this dealership.I just can’t say enough good things about people like these people that work there. You don’t find this kind of customer service every day. Update: I’m still right now without the car I purchased. A week later after buying the car. it has been fixed already now 2x and I had a trade with them for another temp loaner car. The check engine light keeps coming on and I barely have driven it. They are “fixing” it. I hope and keep hoping it will be fixed for good. No clue as to the timeline on this. But hugely inconvenient and upsetting. I’m told a perm trade isn’t possible. Crossing my fingers to update this with positive news. I want to believe it’s a good place to buy from.
