2021 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

Moving from Montana to Alaska with our 4 dogs, we had major vehicle engine failure near Shelby, Montana. Long story short the problems and delays set us back 3 days. So much stress! We decided to contact Courtesy Ford in Conrad, Montana for repairs. My truck was loaded with our belongings and pulling a trailer, so we decided due to cost of repairs, we would trade in our vehicle and purchase another. The people at Courtesy Ford truly are amazing and sincere. They helped unload the old vehicle and reload to the new vehicle. These really are such wonderful people, from sales staff to service department and also financing department. Collectively, without their help and compassion, this would have been a far more difficult and stressful experience. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you, Courtesy Ford! We will never forget your generosity and helpful kindness.

Well my experience with Blayne Underdal and courtesy ford has been the best-2 years ago in August 2023 we decided we wanted a new car-In 50 years of cars, I had never owned a ford-Chevy dealership wouldn't help us so we went to Blayne-he had me drive an expedition and I was hooked-he located one and 8 days later we traded in our 2014 Yukon Denali and had a new expedition with exactly the options and accessories we wanted-in March of 2024 I ordered a new platinum f-150-received it in September and wow what a vehicle-ordering was easy and while I was waiting for delivery, Blayne took in my 2018 duramax high country and sold it for me, getting me top dollar-I have bought many vehicles over the years but courtesy ford and Blayne have been by far the easiest and most enjoyable-anyone wanting to sell, trade, or buy a vehicle needs to see for yourself how pleasant car dealing can be-thanks courtesy ford-we’ll see you again

I recently ordered a 2024 Ranger Raptor through John Moran. While I am still waiting on the vehicle to be built by Ford, the ordering process, communication, and customer service has been top notch! Not only does Courtesy Ford not charge dealer markups on any vehicle, to include Raptor models, they make the order process simple and easy. I cannot recommend Courtesy and John enough. I’ll update following the final purchase and trade in process later.
