First off, I never write reviews for anything but my experience with this dealership was amazing. Mr Dennis Davis was my sales rep and he was very professional the entire time. We did some standard back-and-forth haggling over the price and we ended up striking a good deal for me on my used truck. While driving off the lot I noticed the front right tire was flat and had a nail in it. I brought it back and they patched it for free. A day later I got a call from one of the sales managers, Mr Justin and he had them order a full new set of all-terrain tires for me as that is what the ones on there were. Not cheap! They did all the work thereafter for free and I walked away with a good deal for the truck and a nice new set of shoes for it all for free. By far the best car-buying experience that I’ve had yet. Michael was my service rep and he was awesome also!
I bought my 2024 Chevy Trax RS from Fairbanks Chevrolet, and I absolutely love it, this would be my ride or die car! Dennis, Issac, and Jordan were great at helping me pick my perfect car!!! I would definitely suggest my friends and family over to them!!
