Talk about a Customer WOW experience. I was pondering about trading my Jeep Gladiator Mohave, lifted 7’running 40’s, due to my commute from Puyallup to Snoqualmie. Nightmare in gas!!! I searched Google and filled out some info and received a call from Tabitha. This was my 1st, wow moment. Tabitha listened to my concerns and knew that I was just researching and to be frank! No harm, no loss if a deal couldn’t be made to get me into a 4xE hybrid. Unbeknownst to Tabitha, Tacoma Jeep had sent me info on what a lease could potentially look like and it did not meet the mark. I let Tabitha know that I had received a quote already and there was no need for me to further investigate a deal with Enumclaw since I assumed it would waste her time. She was pleasant and said, no problem we are here for you when ready, we treat folks like family! I was kinda blown away by that comment. 2 days passed and I’m working in my yard and I received a text from Tabitha wishing me a good day, and Boom! We conversed thru text and I decided to bring my Jeep in for the team to evaluate and see what could be done. I cannot state enough about how friendly, informative, and caring I felt when meeting Tabitha and Steve. Tabitha took me on one of the Best test drives I’ve ever had, and the crew were honest on where we landed. I couldn’t make a deal, we shook hands and no problem, I was on my way home and I made a promise, I wouldn’t be on the hunt and Tabitha made a promise she would keep me in mind to get me where I needed to be. Flash forward 2 hrs later, I’m home about to start a honey doo list, and Tabitha asked if I could return…that the Team had some options. Let me once again state just how AWESOME this was for me as a customer. I work for T-Mobile and we pride ourselves on the customer experience!!! Tabitha and team live our magenta values in We Won’t Stop!! They treated me like family, we laughed, joked, and made a deal. What a world class service! Thank you ALL from the Beez!!! No way I would go anywhere else. The exemplary service is second to no one. Matt in service is the best service rep I’ve ever worked with. And I have worked with LOTS. He is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely kind and accommodating. He earned a customer for life.
