2016 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

Had just lost my truck in a car accident and had started looking for replacement truck. Its been a rough experience trying to find anything until i found upstate auto. From the mintue i stepped on the lot I could see the trucks they had were amazing. Even being used they had found the cream of the crop. No rust. Trucks that have never seen a ny winter. The staff are amazing as well. They do not pressure you to buy anything like other dealerships and are fast and knowledgeable about every vehicle they have on Their lot. This family run dealership is definitely a must for me going forward and highly recommend it to anyone else needing a quality car or truck

Upstate Auto has great employees and great used vehicles ! We have had horrible experiences at other places with used cars. Not at Upstate their upstanding and honest employees took the time to explain the process and knew everything about the vehicle we wanted to purchase without even looking in a file or on computer. First time buying a vehicle here and the experience was great! The vehicle was older but the price was right, it had a few lights which was brought to Nicole’s attention prior to a deal, it was acknowledged and taken care of in a timely manner. The whole time I was kept in the loop as to what was going on and the minute it was ready I was notified. When I arrived they were even washing it which was appreciated! Thanks
