From the start James was very helpful in knowing what was in stock and more importantly what I was looking for. Test drives were simple and easy as they should be. James actually offered to put the truck on the ferry for me. Didn’t need to but the offer was appreciated Eli went above and beyond to help with shipping my truck to Alaska. Negotiating was very low pressure and I didn’t feel like they were trying to price gouge at all. The longest part of the whole process was waiting for my bank to complete a wire transfer. Would buy again
