2023 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

We worked with Tony and Mike on a car. They were both wonderful and so helpful. We drove out same day after signing the paperwork for our new car. We are beyond happy with how we were treated and we absolutely love our new car!

Call to find if they had a part that no local parts stores had (special order). They found the correct part. First time. Called back to place order looked up part by my name instead of having to start the whole process over ordered it and said it would be in the next day. Showed up next morning item was on shelf ready to go easy to pay. The showroom was clean and Airy, and there was a nice waiting area for people to converse about their new or used purchase. Drove around the outside of the building looking for cleanliness and Hazards could not find any. The only issue I could find was that there was a 30% restocking fee for parts, which seems a little excessive.

I initially reached out to Ked on a Thursday at 4pm, deal done 90 minutes later. Next day Friday @ 8am I had my dream truck delivered to my doorstep which just so happens is 6.5 hours away from the dealership. Ked took care of everything for me. Zero non-sense. Gave me an Out The Door price with everything spelled out. No games/gimmicks. Ked is the guy you want to buy a truck from every time. Not only that, but the drivers that delivered my truck were some of the nicest guys you could've asked for. They just drove 6.5 hours to my house through middle of the night yet were excited to hand the keys over and talk to me about the purchase. They had every reason to be dead to the world or hate me for being the one that led to them making the drive. Not the case. Stand up businessmen.
