If you are looking to do business with a terrific group of folks, look no further! I searched far and wide, across nearly every state in pursuit of someone to work with to order a RAM 2023 TRX and ending up finding this gem of a dealer! After researching the RAM 1500 TRX and contemplating a purchase for a year or 2, I visited quite a few dealers in search of someone willing to work with me, without any surprises. From the moment I called the dealership, I knew I had possibly found people who weren’t playing games. Just providing terrific service to their customers. I visited the Salvadore dealership in late August of 2022, met Ashley Alliy and we worked together to customize an order which they placed immediately. Once I was provided with a VON and VIN, I ignored the order until I got word it had been scheduled to be built! Ashley provided me with updates, making sure I understood the process and addressing any and all questions. Believe me when I say this, there were a LOT of questions! Everything was answered in a timely manner, and with thought for accuracy the first time. I’ve bought a few brand new vehicles in my life, and Salvadore Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM was the BEST experience yet. Even upon receiving the vehicle they took the time to perform an extremely thorough inspection and rectify a few problems, post haste! They had new parts, (fender flares) installed and on the truck 2 days after notifying me they found scuffs. They even immediately ordered a few parts, that didn’t have the proper red stitching on the upper door handles, and a new harness for rear accent door lighting (RAM forgot them) which will be corrected. Outstanding! Special shout out to Jim Langley who was very helpful, and a shout out to Austin who remembered me when I called several months after ordering it to provide insight into the order, when Ashley was out. Thanks Ashley, Jim, Austin, and Brian!!! So happy with my decision to buy the TRX from you. Love the truck, I hit 500+ miles today. On a side note: When I visited the dealership to get my first look at the TRX when it arrived, my Audi S5 had run very low on oil and it was late. The service department took the time to find exactly what was required, and refused to take my money and topped it off - for free, as I was a customer. Run to this dealership without hesitation, you will not regret it.
