My wife and I met Brandon, my salesman a couple weeks Pryor to buying a car from him. We were very comfortable with him as he showed us several cars we were interested in. Brandon was not an overbearing sales person like we experienced at other dealerships. Instead he made sure all our questions were answered. I went back to him to buy our Serento. My experience with the whole transaction was a good one, as they take pride in being transparent as they follow through in the sale. Usually in the finance office is where the sales pressure is as they try to upsale With extras. This was not the case. I finished up in less than 10 minutes. There whole atmosphere is very friendly!

I purchased a used Hyundai Elantra GT N Line from Kia of Puyallup. I had the pleasure of working with Yasmeen B from start to finish. She was quick to respond and made my purchase and trade in very easy. The entire process from the time I walked in the door until I drove away was two hours eight minutes. Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership. I really give credit to the calm, stress-free, no pressure atmosphere Yasmeen had that day. The trade in process was also smooth. The manager was receptive to my negotiating and it was all done with respect and no games. Even with a pretty terrible credit score John in finance made life easy for me.
