Every time I go to Nielsen I always get treated with the upmost respect. The service that I get is really great. I never tell them to rush. I’ve always let them take their time to do everything they have to do. I get the package where in all they can do is do my oil change rotate the tires and that is so wonderful. I get it every 3000 miles.

This is one of the best service experiences I have ever had from a dealership service department. They are pleasant, responsive, respectful and completed the job correctly. I called two jeep dealerships closer to my home and had a terrible experience just trying to book an appointment. So I selected Neilson which is 30 minutes from my home and they did not disappoint.
