I brought a warranty with my 2012 Jeep, the repair shop that the warranty company sent me to tried to up the charges on the repair for my truck, stating that I need a whole new engine. I just purchased this truck in February 2023 so I knew that could not be right. When I gave West Oak a cal they jumped right on it and actually fixed my truck quickly while all time talking with the finance company to let them know what was going on. I am very happy with the way they communicated with me and negotiated the repairs on my behalf.

Went in one day with my mom in need of a car. The manager at the desk was very helpful, patient, and thorough with her explanations. She explained the insurance, the financing, and was willing to answer every question. The man showing us the car was very informative on the vehicles, and he was willing to show us multiple cars and we went on a test drive. I was very indecisive & they were not pushy.
