This was by far the best experience buying a car that I've had. I was in a pretty dire situation (19K in negative equity) on my dead-engine trade-in with just "good" credit. From the initial communications from Chase about different options, to the comfortable and no-pressure guidance by Spencer, I ended up in a vehicle that I am extremely happy with. The details of explaining a lease vs. purchase to the financing process, to the transparent way they went about helping me with options in my situation made this whole thing amazing. I went to them to buy a new truck; It had been over 7 years since I’d been in a car dealership. Jun saw me in the lot and came over to help. We went for a test drive and I was sold.
